My Therapies

At my rooms in Frankston, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can step out of the fog and begin to make sense of your life. Whether through counselling or coaching therapies, in-person, online, or on the phone, my role is to support you as you release grief, stress, and feelings of heaviness, and replace these with understanding and peace of mind. Together we create a clearer picture of who you are, and where you’re heading.

Counselling

Counselling provides a confidential space to explore what’s happening in your world right now. Many people come to me carrying stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or the weight of past trauma. These experiences can feel overwhelming, like a hallway filled with doors, each one opening to memories, emotions, or events you don’t fully understand.

In our sessions, we gently open those doors together. We explore what comes out, understand why it’s there, and help you put it back in place – not to hide it, but so it no longer has the same power over you. This process creates clarity, peace, and the chance to feel more in control of your life.

My approach is trauma-informed, empathetic, and grounded in lived experience. I don’t use jargon or push you further than you’re ready to go. Instead, I listen, reflect, and guide you gently, helping you feel safe, understood, and supported as you work through life’s challenges.

Counselling is suitable for anyone and my clients range from 14 years old right through to 75. I tailor my approach to your unique needs. You may only need a handful of sessions, or you might choose to work together longer. We move at a pace that feels right for you.

Coaching

Coaching is for those who want practical, forward-focused support to navigate life’s changes. While counselling often looks back to make sense of what has happened, coaching is more about where you want to go.

Together, we clarify your goals, identify the obstacles in your way, and create strategies to move forward with confidence. Coaching can help if you feel stuck in your career, overwhelmed by decision-making, or unsure how to build healthier patterns in your life.

My style of coaching is collaborative and compassionate, but also focused on accountability. I’ll support you with encouragement while helping you stay on track. Think of me as a steady hand walking beside you, reminding you of your strengths and keeping you focused on the bigger picture.

Which Is Right for You?

As an ACA Accredited Counsellor, I combine professional training with empathy, relatability, and compassion and specialise in working with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and family or relationship challenges. But more than labels, I work with people. Every person’s story is unique, and every session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are.

Whether counselling, coaching, or a blend of both is right for you depends on your situation. Many clients find value in starting with counselling to process and heal, then moving into coaching to create momentum and growth.

Whichever path you take, my aim is the same – to help you move through the fog and find clarity, peace, and confidence in your next steps.
